What types of photo should I upload?

Please upload a high-quality photo in any standard recognizable format. Keep in mind that if a photo looks pixelated to you, it will also print pixelated.

Do you need permission to use my photo?

If you photo was professionally taken you will need a photo release. Only upload photos you are legally allowed to reproduce.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We currently offer gift notes that can be included with your order. We can also omit any pricing. Please add a note upon checkout with your request. 

How are the artworks created?

Our artworks are crafted using a combination of traditional and contemporary techniques. What is the typical turnaround time for an order?

The typical turnaround time for creating and delivering an artwork is between 7-10 days. This timeframe allows us to ensure that each piece meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. There can be a delay when ordering for the holidays due to increased demand, please allow extra time. Custom orders may require additional time based on complexity and specifications.

How should I care for my artwork?

To maintain the integrity of your artwork, it is recommended to display it in a climate-controlled environment, away from direct sunlight and excessive humidity. 

What is your return policy?

Due to the unique nature of our artworks, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the damage for further assistance.
